How do I securely log in?

Some sites may require a login to access their features. To log in securely, use Bannerbear's Credentials feature to save encrypted login credentials for use in your Tasks.

  1. Head to Credentials from your avatar in the top right of your dashboard
  2. Hit Create Credentials
  3. Enter a login Identifier, Username, and Password
  4. Hit Save

Once that's done, you can use the Login action in your Tasks and choose the appropriate identifier from the Credentials drop-down menu. 

There's an optional checkbox to share login credentials with your team. This is useful if you don't wish to share your un-encrypted info, and allows your team members to access the same site features. Secure Credentials are unique to the workspaces they're saved on.
